Adventure summary: Slew a couple of Aboleths, went through a magic-library, met some magickal trader who offered him a deck of many things. Virgil drew "Achilles" (a level four warrior companion) then, drew another card "Death" where a wraith type thang attacked him. Unfortunately Achilles bought the farm on that one, and Virgil survived (just).
