Dear Diary,
I am still sober as a judge, and the forums on "the blues band" are hotting up. Things are starting to move swiftly. I have some tough decisions to make: setting deadlines, assigning roles, it's all very interesting.
The Higgs Bozon particle being discovered, Doc Watson dying, Eric Sykes aswell, it's been a pivotal week in the news. Tonight I watched '2010' the Arthur C. Clarke novel on the silver screen, it was an excellent sequel to 2001, with an all-star cast and an excellent retro-eighties feel.
I have reluctantly agreed to give piano lessons. At least it's fortnightly, not weekly. I have done so on the proviso that the student is willing.
Damn! The phantom ferret of a hacker is still at work... I have been checking the group forums all day. About half an hour ago I received an email saying that one of the students had posted a comment. I immediately logged on to the Uni' website. What's this? It had already flagged the post as 'read' already. Hmmm. That's strange. I've been reading emails all day, and then logging on to the Uni' site, where it states I have not read them. It is not really that strange. I know what's happening, and I just change my password everyso often. I shouldn't have to do this, and have been looking at fingerprint security solutions (I have access to two machines with such technology inbuilt). Hopefully in the future, such security loopholes will be resolved.
So not On the Flex,
Maximus.
